Professional Negligence Success in a Six Figure Settlement

Betesh Partnership Litigation acted under a “No Win, No Fee Agreement” on behalf of a Claimant residential home owner who was horrified to learn that two of his properties had been sold from under him without his knowledge or consent.

Early applications for disclosure of the solicitor’s sale conveyancing files suggested that the firm had been negligent in properly identifying the client as the registered proprietor.

The matter was complicated because the person who sold the properties had produced a genuine driver’s licence to the firm of solicitors and therefore we had to deal with the obvious allegation that the owner was involved in the transactions.

Skilful investigations, mediation and presentation of evidence were key skills employed by Betesh Partnership in order to achieve an out of court 6 figure settlement.
