Free Employment Law Clinics

At BPS we appreciate that sometimes the hardest part of seeking legal advice is taking that first step. Certain questions may run through your mind such as “will it cost me anything to speak to someone initially about the help I need? If I do speak to someone, will I then feel pressured into signing anything?”

Well, it needn’t be that way. We offer both employers and employees the opportunity to come and meet our specialist employment team for a free, no obligation initial meeting where they will help you to understand your current problem or position and highlight whether you need to take further legal action.

We’ll happily give you some initial guidance absolutely free of charge and you will be under no obligation or pressure to use us if you feel we’re not right for you. We will of course happily progress matters for you and take you through the easy steps to become a BPS client if you decide you would like us to help you.

If you want to speak to us first about coming in and booking a specific 20 minute time slot you can do that too. Just call the number listed below. All you then need to do, is turn up to one of our free law clinics!
