Graham joined BPS in 2005.

Graham works within the firm’s personal injury department and represents clients who have suffered injury as a result of a road traffic accident. Handling claims for injury compensation, treatment charges, loss of earnings, hire and recovery charges, and policy excess charges. 

Graham is willing to work on a ‘No Win No Fee’ basis.  Graham’s clients are not liable to pay any legal costs to BPS as all legal fees are recovered from the party at fault’s Insurance Company. Graham is on hand by telephone or email to discuss any potential claim which you are considering pursuing.  Graham will discuss with your the circumstances of your accident, the injuries you have sustained and the compensation you could potentially receive as a result of your accident enabling you to make an informed choice before you pursue a claim.

Graham has experience in making application for interim lump sums payments which may ease his client’s financial circumstances until they receive their final settlement payment.
