Betesh Partnership Solicitors is a long established law firm based in the commercial centre of Manchester.
Since being established in 1948, we have been providing a comprehensive range of legal services and solutions to our business and individual clients alike. We have built a strong reputation for Claimant personal injury litigation, commercial and residential property and commercial litigation, insolvency and family work.
The Senior Partner Harry Lipson heads up the Family and Commercial litigation departments, developing a niche area of handling "heavyweight" divorce work, achieving successful outcomes for a number of high net worth clients, and significant results for corporate clients involved in high value litigation.
B.P.S advise on an increasing amount of Children Act matters, providing a professional and friendly service to all our "family" clients alike.
The employment department is rapidly developing a solid position in advising and acting on behalf of employers and employees, proceeding with matters through the Employment Tribunal, EATs, County Court and High Court.
At BPS we firmly believe in the principal of partnership with all of our clients both business and individual – we pride ourselves on having:
A solid management and departmental structure which encourages specialisation in the wide diverse areas of the law.
We work closely with our clients helping and assisting them to navigate the many complexities of the law relating to business and everyday life, solving problems and delivering solutions which will enable them to meet not only today’s challenges but problems they may face in the future.
Our expert team of lawyers supported by the highest level of information technology is fundamental to our customer focused approach we adopt towards our clients.
