Sefton qualified in 1981 and has headed up the PI dept since 2002.

Prior to that he was head of the Criminal Department and was involved in a number of high profile cases including the Strangeways Riot Trial, and numerous Murder Defences.

Sefton has also developed vast experience in Defending Health and Safety Prosecutions, including the successful defence of two Company Directors and their Company on a charge of Corporate Manslaughter.

He now primarily oversees the Personal Injury Dept, which focuses on assisting innocent victims of non fault accidents, and advising several credit hire companies on operational issues etc.
