Qualified in 1975 after serving articles with Betesh Partnership (then known as Betesh & Co). Harry was offered partnership several months after qualification and has been an equity partner and major contributor to the firm since that date.



Based in the Manchester office, he is the managing partner and head of the Commercial Litigation and Family Departments of the Practice.



He has a broad range of experience in all aspects of commercial litigation but with particular reference to commercial, insurance and shareholder disputes together with insolvency matters.



There has been several reported cases in which he has been involved in over the years.



In addition to his commercial practice, Harry heads up the family department. His experience in commercial law benefits him in resolving complicated financial disputes following the breakdown of a marriage or relationship.
